Can I visit your facility?
Yes! Factory6 is located in Lindon, Utah, and we frequently have the pleasure of meeting our clients face-to-face. If you’re unable to come in, no worries at all. We proudly conduct business easily and smoothly from a distance.
Where do you source your raw materials from?
We have a long-standing relationship with excellent vendors that provide quality materials that meet our customers’ specifications and requirements.
What’s your process like?
Factory6’s goal is to make product co-packing easy. First, our sales team goes over intake forms and configures product estimates that meet budget expectations. Next, our R&D team will formulate samples for approval. After that, we go to work fulfilling orders and ensuring high-quality results!

How long does it take to create a product?
We can fully develop a new product in 8-10 weeks.
What are the payment terms?
R&D fee is $1,000. This includes up to three rounds of sample revisions. Once you’ve approved the formulation we invoice 60% of the total cost and then the remaining 40% before product shipment.
Our sales team is determined to work within budgets while building products clients and their customers can be proud of.
Can you explain your quality standards?
Factory6 is always striving to do things better. We comply with the 21 CFR 111 standards that are set forth by the FDA and we obtained a 3rd party cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) certification from ASI this past July. Factory6 passed with a score rated “Excellent” at 99 out of 100%.

Do you perform third-party testing?
Testing is conducted by ISO 17025-accredited laboratories. All raw materials are tested and reviewed before use, per our cGMP certification, and all finished products are tested prior to release and shipment.
Our quality assurance team reviews all testing to ensure that all material and product specifications are met. All test results are available to our clients for their use.
If there is a specific lab a client would like us to use for testing, we have no problem arranging that.
Are you able to make pharmaceutical-grade supplements?
Due to regulatory requirements, we do not make pharmaceutical or OTC (over-the-counter) products at this time. It is something that we may do in the future.
What are your flavoring options?
Flavor is our specialty! Our scientists are skilled in developing fun, delicious flavors as well as mouthfeel. We stock several in-house flavors, however, with our expert partners we can source an endless list of options.
Do you offer labeling?
Over the years Factory6 has built a strong working relationship with our label and packaging partners. They print for our clients and create packaging needs, then send us the finished products for us to apply. As a turnkey operation, clients typically welcome these services to be included in their total cost with us.
As part of our commitment to our quality and regulatory excellence, our quality assurance team will review labels to ensure they are consistent with the product and meet the requirements of 21 CFR 111.
