Step 1: Intake Form

Step 2: Estimate

Maintaining your budget is important to us as well as proper formulation. This is where we interpret everything on paper and adjust where we need to. Together we will go over ingredients needed, ingredients desired and each of their costs so you know exactly what is going into your product and you truly become its creator!

Step 3: Research & Development 

Our highly skilled R&D team takes your idea and brings it to life. The sampling process is an exciting time for our clients! With cooperative partnerships and years of experience, we hope to exceed your every expectation. Our R&D fee covers three rounds of revisions to make sure we get your new product just right. 

Step 4: Invoice, Specification Sheet, Downpayment

Once you have approved a sample, we really start getting the ball rolling. We will send you the product specification sheet and invoice you for the down payment. Typical terms are 60% down and the remaining 40% prior to shipment. 

Step 5: Sourcing, Production, Testing

After the spec sheet is signed and down payment is received, the Factory6 magic happens. Our buyers, lab technicians, and project managers hit the ground running to guarantee the success of your bespoke order. Many steps go into the production of your product, including quality and consistency, which is top priority when fulfilling an order. We work hard to accomplish this big step in as little as 8-10 weeks. 

Step 6: Final Invoice, COA, Shipping 

Now that product testing is complete and QA has signed off, you’ll get a final invoice, Product Certificate of Analysis, shipping information, and a massive congratulations from the Factory6 team!
